Mission & Vision: Bridging our Businesses; and utilizing the power and investments to build our businesses, create wealth, change lives, and build a larger market audience

Ignite Businesswomen Investment Group (IBWIG) is a cooperative that allows minority Businesswomen located in the Northwest of Minnesota to invest financially to collectively buy, build, use and manage commercial Real estate for their common good, and retain minority generational wealth.

Purpose: IBWIG is convinced that acquiring their own properties will afford them lower rents/leases and at the same time elevate their status to property owners where excess spaces would be rented.

About the Project: Minority Businesswomen from the Northwestern Suburb are using their investments to create resources and opportunities for their own businesses. Our participation will help us attain retail space ownership for our businesses.  

 What is driving everyone towards this? Investing alongside other make us feel part of something greater than simply securing profits. This project will help alleviate some of the barriers we are facing, high rent, denied access to retail space, etc.

Who will occupy the space? We, the business owner/investors, and other businesses will occupy the space

Will there be space for all businesses? Hopefully, we are working toward securing space for all the businesses.

IBWIG share the common belief that uniting their resources and sharing risk will help address the issues of proper location and high leases/rents of spaces for doing business. We are committed to focusing on investing in its members by building their businesses and community
